Junior/ Semi Senior IT Recruiter 

Belatrix Software Developers play a vital role in helping our global clients to innovate and produce game changing software products. Using an Agile approach, Developers participate in all phases of the development effort, including design, requirements gathering, and end stage testing.  We encourage our Engineers to be outspoken, bringing creative ideas to the table, and ultimately delivering high quality products and a superior experience to our clients.


  • Collaborate in the recruitment and selection process in order to increase and keep updated the database of candidates that meet the job descriptions to be covered, and as a consequence, select the best talent in the market in the shortest possible time.
  • Scope of Action: His/Her own assigned tasks. Has autonomy to propose and lead tasks within its range of action and can also make presentations for the rest of the team.
  • Coordinate and perform first round telephone interviews and second round selection interviews in order to discard or determine potential candidates.
  • Make job proposals to candidates in accordance with the established benefits and salary parameters.
  • Request and perform job references of candidates who have gotten to the last stage of the selection process. Share any unfortunate result with the DA in order to put in on hold any job offering.


  • Formal education in human resources, psychology or business related careers (desired).
  • At least 1 year of working experience as an IT recruiter

Skills required:

  • Experience handling social media tools for recruitment 2.0.
  • Intermediate knowledge about the recruitment and selection process and practices (required).
  • Outstanding management of communication in order to frequently report own tasks and answer questions with autonomy.
  • Intermediate English level
